Prep Peppers

Preheat to 375°F. Wash and halve the jalapenos (hot dog, not hamburger). Remove the seeds.

Make filling

In a mixing bowl, fold together cream cheese, hummus, paprika, bacon and sriracha and mix until combined. Use a spoon to scoop the mixture into each jalapeño. –

Bake

03.

Place stuffed jalapenos in an oven safe dish and bake for 12-15 minutes. Then remove the tray from the oven and top each pepper with shredded cheese.

Broil and serve

04.

Change oven to broil and let cheese melt for approximately 2-3 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
