Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line your 8 x 4 loaf pan with parchment.

Cream butter

In a mixing bowl, mash 1 banana with a fork or handheld mixer. Use a rubber spatula to fold in canned pumpkin and Greek yogurt.

Add wet ingredients

Beat in maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract.

Add dry ingredients

 Combine wet and dry ingredients until a batter forms.

Add chocolate chips

05.

Fold in chocolate chips. You can also add diced nuts like pecans or walnuts.

Bake

06.

Pour batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top if desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.

Glaze

07.

Top with melted chocolate or a icing glaze before enjoying!
