Rinse chicken

Remove the chicken from its container. Run pieces under lukewarm water. If you're using frozen chicken, let it defrost in the refrigerator.

Pound chicken

Trim chicken then place on a plastic wrap covered surface. Pound with a meat tenderizer until equal thickness.

Remove plastic

 Remove the top layer of plastic wrap and throw it away. Then, wash your hands in case you touched the raw meat or any of its juices.

Season

Evenly spread lemon juice on the chicken. In a small mixing bowl, combine dried rosemary and lemon pepper. Sprinkle on the chicken breasts.

Grill

05.

Grill chicken at 500°F for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Plate and enjoy!
