Equipment

  • copper mug
  • Handheld juicer
  • jigger (used to measure ounces of alcohol)
  • Cocktail stirrer
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Deep Eddy’s Peach Vodka
  • 1 oz Ketel One Botanica Peach & Orange Blossom Vodka
  • 6 oz Diet Ginger Beer
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Blood Orange Juice
  • 4-6 cubes ice

For garnish

  • blood orange slices
  • fresh rosemary
  • fresh mint
  • lime wedge

Instructions

  • Grab a cocktail glass and fill it with ice.
  • Measure out 1 oz of each vodka and pour into the glass.
  • Top with ginger beer & lime juice. Stir.
  • Take a hand held juicer and put 1-2 slices of a blood orange into it. Juice ½ oz of blood orange and pour into the cocktail. If you purchased blood orange juice, just pour in ½ oz.
  • Garnish with slices of blood orange and fresh rosemary or mint.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Because ginger beer is carbonated, I don’t recommend making these well in advance.
Make this a mocktail by leaving out the vodka and using ginger ale instead of ginger beer!
Regular orange juice will also work here. It would just make this an Orange Moscow Mule instead of BLOOD Orange Moscow Mule. Blood oranges have a slightly sweeter flavor and are less acidic, but that shouldn’t affect your cocktail too much. Regular orange pairs nicely with the peach vodka, too.
