Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly

Who needs a grilled cheese when you can enjoy a warm and toasty Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich? It tastes just like dessert and is easily customizable!

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 2 slices fresh bakery bread
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp jelly

Instructions

  • Start by greasing a skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat.
  • Grab or cut two slices of bread.
  • Spread peanut butter on one of the slices of bread. Spread strawberry jelly on the other slice.
  • Then, stick the sandwich together and then give each side of the bread that will be grilled a spritz of cooking spray.
  • Place the sandwich on the skillet and hear it sizzle.
  • Let the first side get golden brown before flipping. This should take about 3-4 minutes. Flip & repeat the same thing for the other side.
  • Slice and serve!

Notes

This sandwich is best served fresh. If it's not as warm as you'd like, you can throw it in the air fryer for a couple of minutes.
Customize this sandwich however you'd like! Change up the bread, peanut butter texture, type of jelly, or add in some fresh fruit. It will be so delicious!
