- 2 sumo oranges
- ½ cup dark chocolate melting chips
- pinch sea salt
Grab your oranges and remove the skin. Then, peel apart into individual orange slices.
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave dark chocolate melting chips in 30 second intervals. Mix between each interval to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Next, dunk each orange slice into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt before the chocolate starts to harden.
Repeat this process until all the orange slices are covered. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate/freeze!
Store your dark chocolate covered orange slices in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator or freezer.
Melting chocolate chips work MUCH better than regular chocolate chips. I highly recommend using them!
