Blueberry Texas Ranch Water

Texas Ranch Water is about to be your go-to at home cocktail. It’s a light, refreshing, and slightly citrusy Blueberry Tequila Cocktail that is so easy to make, any mixologist can get it right. Think of this as your simplified margarita with no sugary mix required.

  • Cutting Board
  • Muddler
  • shot jigger
  • Handheld juicer

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Topo Chico
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1.5 oz 1800 Coconut Tequila
  • 0.75 oz Cointreau
  • 2 tsp jalapeño diced
  • 1 tsp Berry Pomegranate Mio 2 second squirt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or glass, muddle lime juice with jalapeño. Muddle for 1-2 minutes to ensure that the jalapeño is infused with the lime juice.
  • Remove the jalapeño and seeds from the lime juice.
  • Add ice to the glass and pour in tequila and cointreau on top of the jalapeño lime juice. 
  • Top with Topo Chico and Berry Pomegranate Mio. Stir if needed and serve chilled!

Notes

Want a traditional ranch water? Leave out the  Cointreau, jalapeño, and blueberry.
