Blueberry Texas Ranch Water

- 6 oz Topo Chico
- 1 lime juiced
- 1.5 oz 1800 Coconut Tequila
- 0.75 oz Cointreau
- 2 tsp jalapeño diced
- 1 tsp Berry Pomegranate Mio 2 second squirt
In a small bowl or glass, muddle lime juice with jalapeño. Muddle for 1-2 minutes to ensure that the jalapeño is infused with the lime juice.
Remove the jalapeño and seeds from the lime juice.
Add ice to the glass and pour in tequila and cointreau on top of the jalapeño lime juice.
Top with Topo Chico and Berry Pomegranate Mio. Stir if needed and serve chilled!
Want a traditional ranch water? Leave out the Cointreau, jalapeño, and blueberry.
