Banana Margarita
This Banana Margarita (a.k.a. Bananarita) gives a tropical twist on the classic tequila cocktail we all love. The subtle banana flavor sweetens up the summer drink in an unusually tasty fashion.

Serving Glass
- 6 ox Light Margarita Mix
- ½ Banana
- 1 Lime
- 2 oz Tequila I recommend 1800 Coconut
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 cup ice
- salt/sugar
Add ice to a blender and blend until ice is a shaved like consistency.
Then add light margarita mix, banana, tequila, lime juice and triple sec to a blender. Pulse together for 30-45 seconds.
Use the leftover lime to rim the glass. Dip into salt or sugar.
Pour margarita from the blender into rimmed glass and enjoy!
The ice will melt during blending, so it’s not a true FROZEN marg. It’s just served chilled (which is 100% delicious in my opinion!) You’ll need to add more ice to the glass prior to pouring if you’d like.
I am 99% a salt rimmed marg girlie, BUT I’d recommend sugar for this one. It felt right with the banana flavor.
