Serving Glass
- ¼ cup filtered water
- ¾ cup spinach fresh or frozen
- 4-6 mint leaves
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Thin Mint protein powder Clean Simple Eats
- ¾ cup vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 Thin Mint cookies
Add the frozen spinach, mint leaves and filter water into a high-powered blender. Blend until the greens have completely liquified. This is crucial so there are no green chunks throughout the smoothie.
Add the remaining ingredients except the Thin Mints and blend until smooth. Depending on your desired consistency, you may need to add more or less almond milk
Crumble the Thin Mint cookies last and pulse until evenly distributed!
Pour into a glass (rimmed with chocolate optional), garnish with a scoop of creamy cool whip, thin mint cookie crumbles and/or cacao nibs.
Adding ⅛ tsp mint extract will give a stronger minty flavor, while adding chocolate protein/cocoa powder will give a stronger chocolate flavor.
Always blend the leafy greens with water before adding anything else! It helps SO much with consistency and color of the smoothie.
