Equipment

  • pitcher
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Juicer
  • Measuring Cups
  • shot jigger

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle champagne or Prosecco
  • 2 ½ cups pomegranate juice
  • 24 oz club soda plain or pomegranate flavored
  • ½ cup triple sec
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 orange juiced

For garnish (optional)

  • pomegranate seeds
  • cranberries
  • orange slices
  • mint leaves

Instructions

  • Pour CHILLED champagne into a pitcher. Add pomegranate juice, club soda and triple sec. Stir with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the juice of a lime and orange. Stir again.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and cranberries. Note: Pomegranate seeds do not float. That’s why I used fresh cranberries instead. However, you’re more than welcome to add them.
  • Serve over ice. Cheers!

Notes

Did you know you can freeze champagne? Yep! Put champagne in an ice cube tray and add the cubes to your Pomegranate Champagne Punch to keep it cold and concentrated.
