Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • shot jigger
  • highball glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Jameson whiskey
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 6 oz lemonade I used Zero Sugar Minute Maid
  • 3 oz lemon Club Soda or ginger beer
  • 1 cup ice

Garnish

  • pineapple leaves
  • lemon wedge
  • mint leaves
  • fresh rosemary sprig

Instructions

  • Combine the whiskey, simple syrup, lemonade and ice in a cocktail shaker.

  • Shake vigorously for a couple of seconds and pour it into a tall glass with ice.
  • Top the glass with lemon club soda and garnish with pineapple leaves on a skewer. Add a slice of lemon and enjoy!

Notes

Storage: The ingredients that go in the cocktail shaker, strained from the ice, can be stored in a jar or other glass container for up to two weeks (whether you have extra or plan to make in advance). Leave the Club Soda out until ready to enjoy to preserve the bubbles.
If you don't have a jigger for measuring, 1 oz is equal to 2 tablespoons.
