Equipment

  • blender
  • measuring cups / spoons

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1-2* cups coconut milk I used Silk Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 ½ tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional

Garnish

  • fresh strawberries
  • melted white chocolate to rim glass/drizzle
  • pineapple slices
  • coconut shavings

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a high speed blender. Add the milk last, starting with just one cup and adding more as needed (More milk = thinner smoothie. Less milk = thicker smoothie).
  • Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until everything is combined. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!

Notes

Start with less liquid than you think you need and add more bit by bit. This will ensure a thicker smoothie rather than a juice-like consistency.
