Equipment

  • High Speed Blender
  • Measuring Cups
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Food scale (optional)

Ingredients

  • 150 g Two Good Vanilla or Coconut Yogurt 1 container
  • 30 g vanilla or unflavored protein powder 1 scoop
  • 15 g graham cracker crumbled
  • ¼ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp fat-free Cool Whip
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ tbsp sugar-free lime gelatin
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum optional

Instructions

  • Pour yogurt, almond milk, lime juice, lime gelatin, and Cool Whip into a blender. Pulse for 15 seconds or until completely mixed.
  • Add in a scoop of protein powder and xanthan gum. Blend for 15 seconds or until protein powder is fully dissolved. You may need to add a splash or two more of nut milk depending on your blender to achieve desired consistency.
  • If you’re feeling fancy, you can line the rim of your glass with yogurt and then coat it in graham crackers.
  • Pour milkshake into glass and top with extra dollop of cool whip. Top with remaining crumbles of graham cracker.
  • Enjoy immediately!

Notes

You can make this dairy free by swapping out the Greek yogurt and cool whip for dairy free versions.
Make your smoothie thicker by using less almond milk or adding ¼ an avocado.
