Equipment

  • Hand Mixer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Serving bowl
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Zester

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mike's Hot Honey
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • diced green onion to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, separate a block of drained feta cheese. Add in Greek yogurt and ricotta cheese. Using a hand mixer, slowly beat together.
  • Gradually add juice from ½ a lemon and lemon zest while mixing. Repeat with olive oil and Mike's Hot Honey.
  • Stop beating the mixture and use a rubber spatula to fold in red pepper flakes.
  • Pour into a serving dish. Drizzle some more honey, olive oil, and a few pieces of diced green onion. Serve with your favorite crackers, vegetables, or a grilled protein.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Give it a good stir before enjoying to ensure the ingredients remain well combined.
Serve with vegetables, crackers, pita bread, or chips. I recommend sliced peppers, carrots, and cucumbers. You could even stuff this inside some olives or spread on a quartered tomato, inside of a grilled chicken wrap, or on top of an omelet! Heck, you could even dip some fries in this dip!
