- 1 cup Rosé
- 2 oz vodka
- 14 grams raspberry gelatin 1 packet
- 7 grams unflavored gelatin 1 packet
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your heart silicone molds on top.
Heat a saucepan on the stove over low heat. Pour rosé and vodka into the saucepan. Whisk together.
Continue to whisk. Sprinkle in the gelatin and sugar. You'll see the liquid start to thicken and bubble. Remove from heat. Continue to whisk for another minute or two.
Transfer the liquid from the sauce pot to a measuring cup with a pouring spout. Pour equal amounts of the mixture into the heart molds. Use a rubber spatula to top them off if needed. Place the baking sheet with the filled molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the boozy fruit snacks solidify. You should be able to remove the gummies from the mold easily without damaging them. I like to do this by popping them out from the back of the mold with my fingers.
Enjoy responsibly! I serve mine in a glass of bubbly rosé as a garnish or two. So delicious!
Store your alcohol gummies in the fridge for up to 5 days.
You can make these fruit snacks stronger, but you’ll need to add more gelatin. Add ½ tablespoon of gelatin for every 2 ounces of extra alcohol.
