Bahama Mama Cocktail Recipe

Tropical fruit flavors paired with coconut rum, this Bahama Mama will take you straight to a tropical island.

  • Cocktail glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail stirrer
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board


  • 6 oz Orange Squeeze OLIPOP
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 4 oz rum
  • ice
  • orange slices / peel, for garnish
  • ½ oz lime juice, (optional to tame the pineapple juice)


  • Measure out your pineapple juice, rum, coconut rum, and lime juice (if using) into your shaker.
  • Add ice to your shaker, then the lid, and shake it like you mean it!
  • Pour your Orange Squeeze OLIPOP into your shaker. Stir.
  • Strain your Bahama Mama into your cocktail glass.
  • Then, add orange peel for garnish and enjoy!


When you add your OLIPOP to the cocktail shaker, stir, NOT SHAKE! If you shake, your cocktail will explode everywhere.
To make this a mocktail, use coconut milk in place of the rum!
