Peach Jalapeno Salsa

This Peach Jalapeno Salsa is extremely flavorful with not only ripe peaches and spicy jalapeños, but also some crunchy apples, bell peppers, and red onion, along with creamy avocado and zesty lime to finish it out.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh peaches Georgia grown
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped jalapeño
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp Chile Lime Seasoning Trader Joe's

Instructions

  • First prepare the produce: Finely dice peaches, apple, bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, avocado, and jalapeño. I like to use this alligator chopper. Chop cilantro, too. I like to use a pizza cutter for ease and speed.
  • Add all of the fruits and vegetables into a mixing bowl. Toss together.
  • Add the lime juice and Chile Lime Seasoning and toss again.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Peach Salsa can be served in so many different ways. I enjoyed mine with a horseradish hot dog. The sweet and spicy went so well together. Peach Salsa would also go great on top of grilled fish or chicken or on tacos. Or enjoy classically with tortilla chips!
Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
