Equipment

  • High Speed Blender
  • Measuring Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I used CleanSimpleEats
  • 2 tbsp Oat Haus Strawberry Shortcake Granola Butter

Instructions

  • Simply combine all of the ingredients in your high speed blender and blend until smooth throughout (about 45-60 seconds).
  • Top with more Granola Butter and/or additional toppings of choice and enjoy!

Notes

Use less almond milk if you'd like to make this a smoothie bowl and add more almond milk if you'd like it thinner and easier to sip through a straw.
If using fresh strawberries, add about 1 cup of ice to your blender.
Making this for kids? Simply substitute the protein powder for plain or strawberry greek yogurt.
