  • High Speed Blender
  • Measuring Cups
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Food scale (optional)

  • 150 g Two Good Vanilla or Coconut Yogurt, 1 container
  • 30 g vanilla or unflavored protein powder, 1 scoop
  • 15 g graham cracker, crumbled
  • ¼ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp fat-free Cool Whip
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ tbsp sugar-free lime gelatin
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum, optional

  • Pour yogurt, almond milk, lime juice, lime gelatin, and Cool Whip into a blender. Pulse for 15 seconds or until completely mixed.
  • Add in a scoop of protein powder and xanthan gum. Blend for 15 seconds or until protein powder is fully dissolved. You may need to add a splash or two more of nut milk depending on your blender to achieve desired consistency.
  • If you’re feeling fancy, you can line the rim of your glass with yogurt and then coat it in graham crackers.
  • Pour milkshake into glass and top with extra dollop of cool whip. Top with remaining crumbles of graham cracker.
  • Enjoy immediately!

This milkshake is best enjoyed cold immediately out of the blender. Freezing the yogurt prior to blending is not recommended for this recipe.
If you are counting macros, they will vary slightly based on the protein powder you’re using. It is saved as a recipe in MyFitnessPal under: "A Paige Of Positivity - Key Lime Pie Milkshake".
A lot of you will use whatever your favorite protein powder is. If the MyFitnessPal macros do not align with your exact shake, that's okay! Luckily, it’s really easy to save a new recipe on your account and log it whenever you make it!
