Make blueberry sauce

Heat a sauce pan on medium heat and pour in frozen blueberries and water. Whisk and wait for blueberries to boil and soften. Add cornstarch and let thicken

In a blender, scoop in vanilla ice cream. Add in a slice of cheesecake, 2 sheets of honey graham cracker, and milk. Pulse 4-5 times until mixed.

Add graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of your glass and line the edges with fresh strawberries.
