Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Give it a good mix with a rubber spatula so everything is well combined.
Divide the oat mixture between 3 jars. If there is leftover liquid in the bottom of your bowl, pour that on top, as well.
Seal your jars and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight. Add toppings and enjoy!
