Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease your 8 x 4 loaf pans.

Mix wet ingredients

Combine bananas, eggs, almond extract, and butter in a mixing bowl. Add in the cane sugar.

Add dry ingredients

Pour in all dry ingredients except the blueberries into the bowl. Mix until smooth throughout.

Add blueberries

04.

Carefully fold in 3/4 of the blueberries. Pour batter into loaf pan. Top with remaining blueberries.

Bake

05.

Bake for 60-65 minutes or until middle of loaf is cooked through.
