Roast squash at 400° for 30 minutes. Then freeze.before using in this recipe.
Add all ingredients to a blender with the protein powder sandwiched between the other ingredients and away from the blade.
Blend on high for 40-60 seconds or until frozen squash and banana are thoroughly combined.
Once blended, pour into a serving glass and serve cold.
Garnish with fresh coconut, pomegranates, sprinkle of cinnamon, etc. Enjoy!
