In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, bell peppers, red onion, jalapeno, and fajita seasoning mixture, cilantro, lime juice, and cotija cheese together.
Mix until burger ingredients are combined.
Use your hands to shape the burger into 4 equal sized patties. Cook each burger for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Once the burgers have reached an internal temperature of 160°F, remove them from the skillet. Get ready to assemble the wraps.
Spread queso and sour cream on the bottom of the wrap. Then add fresh diced bell peppers and shredded lettuce.
Top with a cooked Fajita Burger (sliced in half or quarters), layer any other condiments you’d like, and roll together. Enjoy!
