In a mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, dijon mustard, A1 sauce and Italian seasoning together until well combined.
Heat a skillet to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Use your hands to form the ground turkey mixture into 12 equal sized patties that are roughly 2 inch diameter.
Cook patties on both sizes for 3-4 minutes each or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Top the cooked burgers with the cheese and avocado slices. Then add lettuce and tomato. Serve with ranch and enjoy!
