Make caramel

01.

Melt the coconut oil and maple syrup together for 45 seconds.Whisk in almond butter, pinch of salt, and vanilla extract. Fold in pecans

Make Oats

02.

 In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients to the bowl besides the diced apple.

Pour caramel

03.

Fold in the diced apples and stir again. Pour the pecan caramel mixture over the top of the bowl and spread so it covers the whole top.

Enjoy

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight and enjoy!
