Prepare quinoa according to package instructions and set aside to let cool.
Wash strawberries and cucumber. Then, dice red onion, cucumber, strawberries, and avocado.
Add produce to mixing bowl with cooled quinoa. Pour in feta cheese and stir.
Toss with dressing of choice. I like a greek vinaigrette. Enjoy!
