Finely dice a small red onion, cilantro, jalapeño and tomatoes. Remove the pomegranate seeds from the peel. Slice avocados in half and scoop out the inside flesh.
dd the avocados, lime juice, and seasoning into a large bowl. Mash avocados together using a large fork or potato masher. If you like a chunkier guac, do less mashing.
Add tomatoes, onions, pomegranate, and cilantro. Stir together.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over top, garnish with pomegranate seeds, and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
