Frozen Raspberry Prosecco Sangria Recipe

A large pitcher full of fresh fruit and sparkling wine goes down way too easily. Blend up this Prosecco Sangria Recipe to make the most refreshing summer slushie ever!

Equipment

  • blender
  • Measuring Cups
  • shot jigger

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • 6 oz frozen blueberries
  • 6 oz frozen raspberries
  • 3 oz simple syrup
  • 2 cups ice
  • extra berries for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the vodka, frozen blueberries, raspberries, simple syrup and ice to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Gradually add the prosecco in and continue to blend until smooth.
  • Pour into wine glasses and garnish with fresh mint and raspberries. Enjoy!

Notes

If you want a more traditional sangria (not frozen) use fresh fruit instead of frozen and add a can of Sprite or 7 Up and simply mix all of the ingredients together and serve over large ice cubes.
