About Me

Hi friends!! I am SO happy you are here. While 90% of people call me Paige, my first name is actually Courtney. My middle name, Paige, was just much easier to use with a spin on words. So alas, @apaigeofpositivity is my PAIGE where I share delicious, simple recipes, snippets of worldly inspiration and positivity, and everything else in between: fitness, design, corporate world, you get the gist, I like to talk 🙂

I adore my friends and family: I am the oldest of 4 girls. I love traveling around the globe, and exploring new things; whether that be related to design, entrepreneurship, or food. I live for game nights, surrounded by laughter, wine, and charcuterie boards. In the mornings, you’ll find me full of life and embracing movement, often my ‘me time’. I can’t hold a song tune but I can carry laughter – which you’ll most likely do if you see me dance. Almost all dishes I make result in a disaster of a kitchen (which my roommate/partner/best friend, Jack, really likes ;). I am a new enthusiast to rollerblading, like to go for walks/bike rides, and probably the only TV show I can quote is Friends. 
 
My current passions are expanding my instagram only Paige to this site and pursuing my certification for my 8am-5pm job. Some would say, I like to be busy.

perfectly roasted sweet potato fries every time 🙌🏼😍🍠 crisped in the oven in under 40 mins & then a little time on the broiler makes these irresistible. I love pairing them with my Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers or dunking them in ranch! What’s your go to fry condiment? I think mine would have to be ranch or chickfila sauce....but I also love ketchup 😜
