Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse fresh strawberries until they’re 80% blended.

  • Allow the yogurt tubes to thaw for 5-10 minutes before enjoying the delicious treats (the outside gets slightly softer and delicious to eat!)

Notes

I highly recommend using fresh fruit. I’ve tested frozen fruit too and it makes the pops slightly more icy.
You can throw these in your kids' school lunches frozen and then they'll thaw but still be nice and chilled by the time they eat them. The frozen yogurt tube will also serve as a temporary ice pack to the rest of lunch.
