Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
It’s no secret we all want to eat the entire bowl of cookie dough rather than bake it, so why not make a recipe for that purpose! This Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Dip uses the creamy texture of cottage cheese for a rich and delightful dessert.

Mixing Bowl
Rubber Spatula
- 16 oz 4% cottage cheese Country Fresh, large curd
- 4 oz whipped topping thawed
- ½ box vanilla cake mix
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup edible mini cookie dough bites
For serving
- Berries
- Apple Slices
- Pretzels
- Graham Crackers
In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Roughly 45 seconds.
Add the softened cool whip and whipped cottage cheese to a large mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to beat them together until smooth.
Fold in the dry vanilla cake mix and milk with the cottage cheese mixture. Continue to beat together until combined. If needed, add another 1-2 tsp of milk until it’s light and fluffy.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini edible cookie dough bites. Place into a serving dish and garnish with more chocolate chips.
Serve with fresh berries, apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers. Enjoy!
If you feel uncomfortable consuming raw cake mix, simply bake the cake mix on a baking sheet for 5 minutes at 300F.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. I recommend storing it without the cookie dough bites mixed in as they will get too soft. For best results, add right before enjoying.
