Pickle Bloody Mary
A briney, tangy, salty brunch cocktail. This Pickle Bloody Mary has so much flavor and arguably much better than one you could order at a restaurant. It's got the classic ingredients like tomato juice, horseradish, and vodka, but takes on a tasty twist with the addition of pickle juice.

Cocktail glasses
- 32 oz tomato juice V8 low sodium spicy blend
- 1.5 cups vodka Titos
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp spicy horseradish
- ¾ cup dill pickle juice
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ tsp cracked pepper
- ½ tsp celery salt
- pinch red pepper flakes
Garnish
- 1 lime
- 3 tbsp salt / lemon pepper
- 4 meat sticks Chomps
- 8 cubes pepper jack cheese
- 4 strips cooked bacon
- 4 sticks celery
- 4 dill pickle spears
- 4 mini bell peppers
In a large pitcher, add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, cracked pepper, hot sauce, lime juice and pickle juice. Whisk together.
If time allows, refrigerate mixture for a few hours to marinate all of the flavors.
When it's time to serve, add vodka to the pitcher and stir.
Slice lime in half and run it along the top edge of each glass and then dip glasses into salted/lemon pepper mixture for a garnished rim.
Add ice to each glass. Pour Pickle Bloody Mary cocktail in and garnish with freshly baked bacon, celery, cheese sticks, dill pickle spears, fresh bell peppers, and any other toppings you wish. Enjoy!
To achieve the best, crispy bacon, bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until crispy!
Use more or less vodka depending on desired strength. With the concentrated flavor of the tomato juice and pickle juice, more vodka (up to 2 cups) is not overpowering.
