Mixing Bowl
Rubber Spatula
3 small jars
Spoon
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt I used Chobani Zero Sugar
- 2 scoops cake batter protein powder Clean Simple Eats
- 1 ½ cup milk I used Fairlife skim
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 3 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp salt
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Give it a good mix with a rubber spatula so everything is well combined.
Divide the oat mixture between 3 jars. If there is leftover liquid in the bottom of your bowl, pour that on top, as well.
Seal your jars and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight.
The next morning, give it a good stir, add whipped cream, more milk or extra sprinkles on top for an extra special treat and enjoy!
The oats are best enjoyed within 3 days, making them a great option for meal prep! Much longer, however, they'll become pretty mushy.
Plant milk, non-dairy yogurt, and a plant-based protein powder can all be used to make this recipe vegan.
