Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Rubber Spatula
  • 3 small jars
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt I used Chobani Zero Sugar
  • 2 scoops cake batter protein powder Clean Simple Eats
  • 1 ½ cup milk I used Fairlife skim
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 3 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

  • The next morning, give it a good stir, add whipped cream, more milk or extra sprinkles on top for an extra special treat and enjoy!

Notes

The oats are best enjoyed within 3 days, making them a great option for meal prep! Much longer, however, they'll become pretty mushy.
Plant milk, non-dairy yogurt, and a plant-based protein powder can all be used to make this recipe vegan.
