Blueberry Banana Smoothie

- ¾ cup frozen wild blueberries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 ¼ cup milk I used 2%
- ¼ cup small curd cottage cheese
- ¼ cup old fashioned oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Clean Simple Eats is our fav
- 2 tbsp heaping creamy peanut butter
- 2 dates pits removed
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
Add all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender.
Pulse for 30-45 seconds until everything is well combined (specifically the dates)!
Serve cold with a thick straw!
