- ⅔ cup pretzel snaps
- ⅔ cup Goldfish any flavor
- ⅔ cup Honey BBQ Fritos
- ½ cup Cheddar and Sour Cream Ruffles chips
- ½ cup oyster crackers
- ½ cup Cheez-Its
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- ¼ cup grated parmesan optional
Preheat the oven to 225°F.
In a large mixing bowl, use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to gently fold together pretzel snaps, parmesan Goldfish, cheddar and sour cream chips, honey BBQ Fritos, oyster crackers, and white cheddar Cheez-Its.
Melt butter in a microwave safe dish. Whisk in the packet of dry ranch mix.
Pour the butter mixture over the snack bowl and toss well. You want to make sure all the snacks are coated. If using, sprinkle the mixture with parmesan and toss again.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the snack mix onto the baking sheet.
Place baking sheet in the oven for 1 hour. While the snack mix is baking, remove to mix 2-3 times to prevent burning.
Remove snack mix from the oven. Allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes prior to serving.
Store in an airtight container on the counter or in the pantry for up to 1 week.
You want the dry ingredients to be well coated with ranch/butter mixture, but not soggy prior to cooking. Using the correct ratios provided in this recipe will ensure that doesn't happen.
