With the year closing out, it’s time to round up the 2022 APOP Reader Favorite Recipes. These are tried and true recipes loved by so many. It doesn’t surprise me this recipe is in the top 10. It’s easy to make, no baking required, and has minimal ingredients! This Pudding Icebox Cake has eclair inspired flavors with a graham cracker base, layers of vanilla pudding and cool whip, all topped with a chocolate frosting that is impossible to resist.

1. The Best Grilled Chicken

And finally, the number one APOP reader favorite is my Ninja Foodi Grilled Chicken recipe. It’s extremely simple, but just goes to prove that amazing cooking does not have to be complicated. This chicken is a meal prep staple in my house and gets made weekly.
