A few sips of this refreshing Over The Rainbow Canned Cocktail and you just might feel like a leprechaun for the afternoon. Ok, so there are probably infinite ways to make a Viral Open Canned Cocktail, but I have yet to see an alcohol alternative one that includes THC & CBD (social tonic without the hangover).

As I get older, the hangovers are harder to work through, BUT I still love having something to take the edge off and sip on in social gatherings. Enter this Open Canned Cocktail made with THC Drink Packets.

And if the party will have a mix of both, my I suggest making these White Tea Vodka Shots or another crowd favorite, Green Tea Shots.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Lemon Lime Poppi – I love using Poppi as a mixer because it tastes like soda but has significantly less sugar. Any flavor would work, but to keep this cocktail in St. Patty’s theme, I used a flavor in a green can.
  • THC Drink Packets (code: APOP saves you $$) – for 21+, use responsibly.
  • Airhead Extremes Rainbow Strips – gummy candy that creates the rainbow effect of the beverage.
  • Glass Straws – for easy sipping, especially around the garnishes and with the raw edge of the can.

And most importantly, you’ll need the Viral Can Opener that removes the lid to enjoy this bevy!

What is a Social Tonic?

It’s a beverage designed to give you a subtle buzz without the hangover the next day. My favorites, Drink Cann & Wims!, are portable and portioned drink mixers that give you a balanced buzz. A equal mix of THC and CBD.

I’m really gravitating towards these lately instead of alcohol. You can use code APOP at checkout for a discount.

Tips for serving

You absolutely can serve this cocktail in a glass if needed. It’s festive for St. Patrick’s Day with the Lemon-Lime flavored Poppi, but any flavor would work in it’s place.

Lean into the green: garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of mint! Truly, there are so many options so get creative!

PRO TIPS

The Airhead Rainbows do not hold shape on their own so be sure to use a Cocktail Pick or toothpick to hold together. These are best fresh and when they do not get wet to ensure they still have their sour texture bite.

You can omit the THC packet or use any alternative you’d like. These are best made fresh and do not transport well with the open lid.

umm this is genius and we loved it as an alcohol alternative. I didn’t have the can opener so we just did our best to pour the ingredients through the tab. So good!
