This Georgia Peach cocktail is sweet, fruity, and dangerously easy to sip—basically summer in a glass. It’s named after my dog (naturally), and the perfect drink for lake weekends, backyard hangs, or anytime you want something peachy with a little kick.

Why you’ll love this Refreshing Drink
I know I’m biased but a drink named after my dog has to be good! 🍑🐶🥰 While a Georgia Peach cocktail seldom pops up on cocktail menus, it’s a sweet summer delight. Peachtree makes any cocktail fairly sweet sweet, so this recipe tapers it with tart cranberry and orange juice!
I like making these cocktails on a hot summer day in a big pitcher up north or when guests are over. Pouring this refreshing cocktail into a yeti and taking it for a boat ride is a pristine way to enjoy. Bonus points for acrylic stirrers (these were left over from our wedding that I still use when we’re hosting!)

Recipe Ingredients

- Liquor: White Rum (I used coconut flavored) and Peach-flavored liqueur (I De Kuyper used Peachtree)
- Juice: Orange and cranberry.
- Garnish: Fresh mint and fresh peaches.
See the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.
Substitutions and Variations
- Not a rum fan? Make it with gin or vodka!
- Play with different juice flavors. You could do pomegranate in place of cranberry and/or pineapple juice in place of orange juice. If you love peach, also consider peach juice or fresh peach puree.
- Want to tone it down a bit? Cut some of the fruity flavor and alcohol content by adding a few splashes of club soda. Less ‘intense’ but still a great cocktail.
How to Make This Recipe

1. Fill the cocktail shaker half way with ice.
Add the white rum, Peachtree, and fresh orange juice. Shake until combined.

2. Pour into the cocktail glass. Then pour cranberry juice on top (this will gradually sink to the bottom and create and ombre color).
Garnish with a fresh peach and sprig of mint. Enjoy!

Recipe FAQs
There’s no fizz in this recipe, so feel free to make in advance! I suggest leaving out the ice if you plan to store your Georgia Peach cocktail more than a few hours. It’ll keep for up to 5 days.
Totally! Skip the rum and peach liqueur, and replace with peach nectar or peach-flavored soda. It still makes a great mocktail.
Yes! Just multiply the ingredients by how many servings you want and mix everything in a large pitcher. Add ice just before serving or let guests add their own.
Serving suggestions
Make these for your next backyard barbecue with some pulled barbecue chicken sliders, big slices of watermelon and some Cornflake rice krispies for dessert. Talk about a summer menu!
