‘Macros’ or macronutrients are the nutritional makeup of food including its carbohydrate, fat, and protein content. Macro-friendly’ meals are those typically high in protein, low in fat, and moderate in carbs. This doesn’t mean they can’t be delicious! In fact, it's my passion to develop well rounded recipes that everyone can love (they won't even know it's macro-friendly)!
We have Buffalo Chicken Rice Bowls or Nacho Taco Salads almost weekly because they're so easy for meal-prep and tasty!
