‘Macros’ or macronutrients are the nutritional makeup of food including its carbohydrate, fat, and protein content. Macro-friendly’ meals are those typically high in protein, low in fat, and moderate in carbs. This doesn’t mean they can’t be delicious! A few of my favorites can be found here.
