About this Dressing
Homemade dressings can take a salad from good to great. Many people shy away from making their own dressings, however, because they think it’s too difficult.
Truth is, this Sweet Onion and Citrus Dressing takes just five minutes to make and it’s also healthier than store-bought dressings, given it’s not full of added, unnecessary ingredients and preservatives. It's sweet, it's citrusy, it's smooth, it's fresh.
Prep this dressing, and maybe even double the recipe to have on hand for salads all week long. It’s a simple and delicious way to add flavor to any salad, grain bowl, or sandwich throughout the week.
