Ingredients you'll need
Oats: I used rolled oats. They soak up all the flavor so well!
Yogurt: I used Two Good Vanilla yogurt. You can use what you like here, however I recommend a simple flavor like vanilla to get the same flavor I got.
Milk: For this recipe, I used unsweetened almond milk. However, you can use whatever milk you have.
Protein Powder: I used Brownie Batter protein powder from CleanSimpleEats.
Strawberries: Fresh strawberries taste soooooo good in this recipe!
Chocolate Chips: You can also sprinkle some mini chocolate chips on top of your overnight oats for more sweetness.

Strawberry Chocolate Brownie Overnight Oats Q+A
How do I store these overnight oats?
Store in the refrigerator. The oats are best enjoyed within 3 days, making these a great option for meal prep!
Any tips for success?
You’ll need to let the oats refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating. They need time to absorb the other ingredients.
Can I warm up these oats?
Yes, you can! I’ve always eaten them cold, but they can absolutely be warmed. Keep in mind that you may need to also add more milk for creaminess if you heat them in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Can you suggest any other toppings?
I think adding your favorite granola or more fresh fruit like sliced bananas or even kiwi would be so delicious. You can also add honey, nut butter, or nuts/seeds. I would actually also add OatHaus chocolate granola butter or Nutella!
How many servings does this recipe make?
Written as is, it serves one. However, you can easily double, triple, etc!
