About these Jello Shots
Remember those Boozy Halloween Fruit Snacks? Well, here's your Valentine's Day version! And let me tell you, this Rosé version may be even more delicious—because Rosé, duh!
These Pink Jello Shots contain two types of alcohol: Rosé and vodka. That means double the fun! 😉 I made them with raspberry flavored gelatin, but you could also use strawberry if you prefer. The only other ingredient you need is sugar, making these an incredibly easy-to-make recipe.
Serve Pink Jello Shots up for Galentine's Day for a fun way to celebrate and unwind. Use the jello shots as a drink garnish, play a game, or try to catch them in your mouth. Whatever sounds fun to you!

Recipe Ingredients
- Rosé: Use your favorite kind here.
- Vodka: Again, use what you have around or what you like! I used Tito's.
- Gelatin: I used a sugar-free Raspberry flavor as well as an unflavored gelatin.
- Sugar: I used regular cane sugar. This helps cut the boozy flavor.
See the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.
Substitutions and Variations
You can make these boozy fruit snacks to celebrate any time of year for any occasion! All you have to do is switch out some molds and potentially a different jello. Here are some ideas:
- Christmas: Try some candy cane or Christmas tree molds!
- Birthdays: Balloon or cake shapes would be so fun. You could even find number molds to make gummies out of your age!
- Seasons: Celebrate the start of each season with seasonal molds. Snowflakes for winter, flowers for spring, the sun for the summer, and leaves for fall. How cute!

How to Make This Recipe
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your heart silicone molds on top.
- Next, heat a saucepan on the stove over low heat.
- Measure rose and vodka and pour into the saucepan. Whisk together.
- Then, sprinkle in raspberry gelatin and sugar. You'll see the liquid start to thicken and bubble. Keep whisking so it doesn't burn.
- Then, turn off the heat. Continue to whisk for another minute or two.
- Pour equal amounts of the combined alcohol and gelatin mixture into the heart molds. Use a rubber spatula to top them off if needed.
- Then, place the baking sheet with the filled molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the boozy fruit snacks solidify. You should be able to remove the fruit snacks from the mold easily without damaging them. I like to do this by popping them out from the back of the mold with my fingers.
- Enjoy responsibly :*
Recipe FAQs
You can store them in the fridge for up to 5 days. You cant them covered in plastic wrap or in an airtight container to lock out any extra moisture.
Definitely! I recommend making them into Jell-O shot cups instead. This will make them easy to store and share. Tip: After you make the heart gummies, you can serve them in the clear plastic condiment cups, too for easy grabbing.
Use a jigger or if you don't have one, use a measuring cup. Two ounces equivalent to ¼ cup.
Don't let the burner get too hot when combining the alcohol and gelatin. Make sure it's low and that you're whisking constantly until everything is dissolved.

Loved this recipe and they turned out so cute. Very easy to follow, I doubled the recipe and brought them to a galentines day party. They were a hit! Also, used a half bottle of rose for the recipe and was able to drink the other half while I let them set in the fridge 😉
